This is the Essential flame, the flame is made to represent the three levels of participation, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, all brought together as one to create the essential burn to fuel the desire to be your best and achieve your greatest.

Essential fitness is group fitness sessions where like-minded people come together to support and encourage each other while being inspired to achieve the best “YOU“ for your fitness goals.

Essential fitness provides group fitness to all levels of ability, our focus is to create a better lifestyle that is realistic and maintainable.
