This is the Essential flame, the flame is made to represent the three levels of participation, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, all brought together as one to create the essential burn to fuel the desire to be your best and achieve your greatest.
Essential fitness is group fitness sessions where like-minded people come together to support and encourage each other while being inspired to achieve the best “YOU“ for your fitness goals.

Since joining the Essential Fitness team in early 2019 I’ve managed to achieve a fitness level I never thought I’d reach. Josh is a fantastic trainer, he is a great motivator and he takes the time to ensure everyone is performing each exercise correctly and safely, even in a large group situation. Josh always manages to find fun, new ways of running his sessions and there’s always something for every fitness level. Joining Essential Fitness has changed my life so much and is one of the best decisions I’ve made. We’ve got such a great team of people together which makes training so enjoyable and I look forward to attending each time.
